As a member, you’ll begin earning points right away.

As an Elemental Circle member, you’ll earn points every time you shop with us to redeem on your next piece of Kerry Rocks jewellery.

You collect 1 point for every dollar you spend (excluding GST), and you can activate even more by: 

• Sharing your experience with a product review.
• Posting your Kerry Rocks look on social media #kerryrocksjewellery.
• Inviting friends to join the Elemental Circle.
• Plus, we’ll gift you 200-points on your birthday to honour your energy.
  

The more you connect and share, the more your rewards are activated.

Once you’ve earned enough points to unlock a reward, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s ready.

To redeem your reward:

1. Log in to your Kerry Rocks account.
2. Click the Clay Rewards button to open your rewards dashboard.
3. Under ‘Your Rewards’, you’ll see a list of available rewards.
4. Click ‘Redeem’ on the reward you want to use.
5. Copy the unique code provided.
6. At checkout, paste the code into the ‘Discount code or Gift Card’ box.
   

Your discount will be applied to your total before payment. If you don’t use the code right away, it will stay in your rewards account until you do—it won’t expire or disappear until it’s successfully applied to an order.

You’ll receive a review invitation email 14 days after your purchase. All you need to do is submit your review via that email and 100 points will be added to your account within 10 business days.

Reviews left directly on our website don’t qualify for the rewards points, so keep an eye on your inbox after every purchase.

We accept loyalty points to be used in our Paddington Studio. To do this, you need to provide the redeemed promotional code to our sales assistant in-store. The team will then be able to apply that unique discount code to your purchase. Please bring this with you as we cannot search or apply this for you in the store.

Inviting your friends to the Elemental Circle is easy. And get rewarded when your referral signs up to the loyalty program using your link and makes a purchase using their unique code.

Here’s how to share the energy:

1. Log in to your Kerry Rocks account.
2. Click the Clay Rewards button to open your rewards dashboard.
3. Select ‘Refer Your Friends’.
4. Share the referral code URL to use on their first purchase
   

Your friends will get an email with their gift code, and you’ll receive a reward confirmation email once your referral has made a purchase.
